Dolphin Bay was founded by Flip Coetzee in Mossel Bay, 1996.
Their core focus was to manufacture and market a range of specialised products for the protection and preservation of sawn timber and poles
used in the construction, commercial and agricultural sectors.

Within ten years, Dolphin Bay had become one of the largest
producers of wood preservative chemicals in Southern Africa.
With associated warranties covering fungal decay and insect infestation in a wide variety of situations, customers are offered both bulk and packed deliveries with the backing of a mobile field force.

Today the Dolphin Bay brand has successfully invested its resources
into areas as diverse as that of the trading and engineering industry.
